Mark had helped my brother and his wife sell and buy a home a few years ago , and knew my father. Excellent efficient Service

Mark was very attentive throughout the listing and marketing process. He kept me informed every step of the way and helped to facilitate a "hassle free" home inspection and sale process. We did have an unfortunate experience relative to a scheduled "open house" on a Sunday. Not enough notice of cancellation was provided, resulting in prospective buyers showing up at the house. An agent that had shown the home the night before the "open house" had failed to securely lock the front door and prospective buyers went into the house unaccompanied and the realtor was not present at the property.

Mark helped us look for a home to call ours for years, and now stood by our side through our first home buying experience. He was on top of everything behind the scenes, communicating everyday on updates and was by our side until settlement and even after when we had questions! I have just completed the sale of a property for my deceased aunt who lived in MD, and Mark Hess was the realtor that I worked with. From the time I listed the property, Mark has been the most remarkable realtor that I could ever imagine working with. I live in Ohio, and when we listed the property, my aunt was still alive but living in an assisted living facility. We ran into some issues with the house, and Mark had someone complete the work for us. Then my aunt died, and we had to change all the paperwork and switch it to an estate sale, in place of an individual sale. We had issues getting rid of her belongings because lots of places wouldn’t take donations because of COVID, and places weren’t buying estates. When everything was finally ready to put the property on the market, it was actually only listed for 2 days before it sold (above the listing price). Mark has been wonderful in keeping me informed about everything that was going on thru the process, emailing me docs to sign (so I didn’t have to return to MD), and checking on the property. He also let me know as soon as the closing was completed (which I didn’t attend). He has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property.
